Good Points

They take your money very efficiently


Bad Points

Premium has gone through the roof this year
Incorrect detail on covering letter regarding level of cover


General Comments

My renewal this year has gone from £129 to £197 (all figures to nearest £1). This is for a 3 year old mongrel with no claims or history of illness. A quote on their website stated £138 inc 15% discount so full price should have been £162.
Also covering letter said policy remained the same when in fact the excess has risen from £50 to £75.
Next stop is to call their customer services and see what they have to say. I don't hold out much hope though.

I'd beware of 3 months free on renewal for new customers. With prices increases like these you'll be paying for your free 3 months in the cost of the renewal somehow.
