Bad Points

Deceptive practices, kept a portion of my money when I demanded a refund. I could not utilize their services but had pre-paid thinking I could. Elusive, sent 3 emails and finally got a response via email several days later. No contact phone numbers.


General Comments

I am very unhappy with their service. I signed up thinking I could have access to lots of ringtones. Only after I paid was it made clear that Internet access is needed on your cell phone. Or you need a USB cable to transfer files from your PC. I did not have either of these options, so I requested immediate cancellation. The agreed to only refund 80% of my money even though I cannot utilize their service. So they have made money without even providing one single ringtone!

    If you go to the terms page it explains that you need internet access, usb or bluetooth.
