Good Points

Absolutely everything, from the minute we arrived to the sad departure, we were surrounded by opulent luxury and service. I cannot thank them enough for our wonderful 30th anniversary night there, it was superb. Well done.


Bad Points

I honestly could not fault them, however, breakfast was included in our package but it was not made clear to us that the a la carte breakfast could be used in conjunction with the buffet, we found out later we could have had both, but otherwise it was really lovely. It wasn't the BEST 5 star breakfast I have ever had, the buffet actually had cakes on it rather than pastries, but maybe it was because it was mid week, not sure.


General Comments

I really think this is one of the loveliest hotels I have stayed at for view, luxury and pampering, I think the meals for dinner were lovely. It was very expensive, but you expect that in this hotel. It was really well served meal and the staff are wonderful. I think the breakfast was the only meal we felt was lacking but the other meals we had there were great. I think the harbour bar is spectacular for drinks and I enjoyed the complimentary nibblies that arrived with them. I particularly appreciated the fact that they always sat us at a window seat (maybe because we were staying there, I am not sure) but it was lovely. The view was amazing. I loved it totally and can't wait to get back there. Everything about it is pure luxury and purely MAGICAL.
