We always used Pontins but this year it was awful. The only good thing about Pontins now is the food.
Bad Points
The chalet was really dirty. The bar was also very dirty. It was a disgrace never again and I mean it.
General Comments
We as a family have been going to Pontins for what was always a good holiday until this year. I have never witnessed dirt like it before. The carpets were disgusting we had to use slippers at all times. There was no help from the reception staff. I wrote a letter when I came home and I didn't get a very good letter back all as it said was that I didn't report it to the reception but I did. I just couldn't be bothered going back cause they don't seem to listen to the ordinary people. It was very badly run down and we wont be going back.
