General Comments

I ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on Friday and requested Saturday am delivery (we were planning on going away for the weekend).

I received the wrong item.

I spoke to Customer Services, who refused to use a 'same day' courier service, even though it was apparently their mistake (and even though I had explained about our travel arrangements).

To add insult to injury, they did not even offer to refund me the £13 I had been charged for Saturday am delivery.

I found their policies completely inflexible and was not happy with the customer service I received.

I will never use this store again.

    I agree with this review because I found kiddicare customer service / returns to be disappointing. They have no telephone contact number on the website. Having used Kiddicare a few times in the past, I was happy with the price, choice and speed of delivery until 4 months ago ordered a pair of lindam easy close stair gates at 28.98 each. Then after 3 months one developed a couple of faults - not locking properly. After much looking on the Kiddicare site there only appears to be an email address to contact them and I only received one reply a day. The gate was sent back - they arranged collection. The gate could not be fixed, so they offered a voucher to use, within 1 month on the site. They did not have a replacement to offer me. Eventually new stock did come in and I was told I had to place the order...and then claim the 5.99 postage back! I am not happy as this has now been over a week. Eventually they did send me the replacement, but not after 10 days with no gate, a 1 year that has just started walking and daily frustrating emails with the customer service team who seemed unhelpful. Will not be using kiddicare again.
