Good Points

Once a month chore made easy. Delivery is always on time. Courteous customer service staff and drivers.

Frequent substitutions, spillages, missing items


General Comments

I get all my heavy and bulky items such as water bottles, juices, washing powder, canned goods, cleaning products etc delivered by Tesco once a month. It's very easy to place an order online, there is also an option to view your favourite items to cut down your ordering time.
Deliveries ordinarily are made on time, in fact in the past year Tesco's drivers arrived within booked slot every time.
I had several instances of product spillages and received prompt refund.
I make sure that I go thoroughly through received goods as against the order to see if any of the items are missing. There were a few times in my Tesco order history where several items were charged for but did not arrive. Ordinarily a full refund is promptly processed without any hassle.
Every order several items would be unavailable and substitutions would be brought instead. It's a reasonably helpful feature if a Tesco employee who is putting your shopping together has got a good common sense and choosing great alternatives.
Overall, a pleasant shopping experience. Would recommend.
