Customer service, communication and the ridiculous renewal quote


General Comments

Put a claim in for a leaking bathroom in March, initially there was some contact and they sent two companies round. One of which installed a drier for 5 days. I then received a mandate for the flooring which after the excess was £20. That was the last I heard from them. I tried to get a quote today as the renewal is due (axas is double most of the others) and I cant change as they haven't closed the claim due to their paperwork backlog so no other insurance company can insure me whilst I have an ongoing claim with axa.
