Jupiter Saturno Marte Complex, Alcudia Review

We had the holiday from hell- the hotel was to small for the amount of people (sorry scallies) that were staying there. There were large queues for drinks and lifts sometimes waiting 15 mins for a lift to get to our room after a day by the pool. The circus stage was open 2 days out of two week holiday therefore the entertainment was put in the Jupiter foyer which could not fit enough people so was unable to watch the entertainment. Entertainment in the Saturno hotel was like listening to x -factor rejects, I think you must have to be tone deaf to appreciate it. Rooms were dirty, never mopped or swept in whole two week stay, not enough room to put our clothes anywhere. Woken up everynight by people screaming and running down corridors adults and kids. Requested low floor room at time of booking due to having two young children they kindly put us on the 8th floor (building has 9 floors), there wasn't a cot in the room on arrival. Food ok but very little choice. My husband and two children were sick and had diarrohoea 2days into the holiday. My 8month old girl became ill on the 3rd day of the holiday vomiting constantly and diarrohoea- was so ill she had to got to hospital to be put on a drip. She didn't eat for the duration of the holiday and only now is she getting better . Hotel rep said there was a bug going round- well thanks for sharing that with us after my daughter was hospitalised. I hated everything about this hotel and the people who were there, many were just foul mouthed yobs who had no manners and respect for themselves or others. I will never in my life return to this hotel- i read bad reviews about this hotel before i went and nearly changed hotels but thought i would make my own judgement. My advice is if you have booked here- cancel!
