Good Points

small compact nice looking generator


Bad Points

Poor quality unit and little customer service and good luck finding a authorized warranty service center


General Comments

I own 3 of the Ultrasource 15,000 watt units and have little trouble from them. Generac started making the 17,500 units and I purchased 3 of them. All of them run great but quit generating power when still practically new ( only used 2 -3 times ). Their customer service is poor. You call the toll free number to Generac and its all automated. They do have factory authorized service centers but all I've tried don't help me any further.
