Good Points

Solid (yes, heavy) and stable gun needing a period of familiarisation to get best benefit. Recoil is well damped, largely helped by the solidity of the gun and accuracy is therefore helped by this. Once everything clicked, consistency was almost guaranteed.

Bad Points

Perversely, the benefits of the weight could be counterbalanced (no pun intended) in that this gun needs good biceps to support it. The safety can occasionally be a bit unsure and loading is slightly fiddly if you have chunky fingers (like mine).

General Comments

Overall though, this is a great "springer". I have been researching what gun to buy for some time and was greatly impressed with this one as an excellent alternative to a pre-charge. Mine has a nice Simmons Whitetail Classic 4-12 x 44 scope and the added benefit of bespoke walnut woodwork with adjustable cheek and shoulder pads. If you're looking for a great "springer", this could well be the one for you too.
