General Comments
we ordered a football kit plus 2 jackets on the 8/8/2008 and haven't heard anything since we had to contact them to see where the kits were only to be told that they had fallen out with the suppliers and we were to order another kit. since then we've heard nothing, when we rang again we were told they'd be with us in the next 2days. we didn't receive them and when we rang again they were being printed, we didn't even order printing! still received no kits yet, I've now asked for a refund but apparently it will take 30 days but I'm not feeling so confident after reading all these reviews.
