Good Points

To tell the truth the only thing that was good about the experience was having the photos in the studio done.


General Comments

The first problem was when I arrived at Flawless Studios. I had been told when I booked that I would get my hair cut, coloured and styled. This appeared to be incorrect because I only had it styled, also they had explained that I would get the white tip nails (acrylics/gels) but I just got them painted. Then to top it all off I was at the studio most of the day having photographs took just to be told I could only choose one. Then when I arrived back home my husband couldn't tell the difference of what I went like to how I came back either. How embarrassing when I had explained to my friends that I was going for this professional makeover and that they do stars off the telly. To telling them about it and showing them the result. I would not recommend this to anybody. I felt it was not even worth the journey.
