Good Points

No good points at all.


Bad Points

No Goldtrails Reps at Airport to sort out delayed Dept.
No communication whatsover.
No welcome Meeting.
Customer Service via email and telephone were disgraceful.


General Comments

We were delayed for 13 hours from Manachester to Dalaman, we were taken to a hotel and were told via a board we would be picked up at 3pm. This did not happen, no communication at all through the day we were only taken back to the airport at 7.20 when a waitress from the hotel told us a coach had turned up. No-one at the airport to let us know what was happening or why the delay, we were left to fend for ourselves. When we finally got to Dalaman we were told by the Goldtrail Rep that we were lucky we were being transferred to the hotel as it had gone into the next day. No welcome meeting and i had to chase the rep when she came in for a form for insurance. I complained to Goldtrail and a month later got a sorry letter but i had asked for some sort of compensation as out holiday had been reduced to 5 and a half days. I got an email back saying they don't have to do it and it was in the terms and conditions which at no time did we receive. I am going to pass on my complaints to Abta/Atol so they can investigate this company. I fly 4 times a year this was the 1st and last time i will use Goldtrail.
