General Comments

Almost unbelievable! I was calling to return a dish antenna that was left by the previous owner of my house. I had elected to utilized a different satellite company for my service. After ten minutes on the phone trying to get in contact with the appropriate person - I wanted to return the the dish antenna, believing that no rational company would not want to reutilize perfectly good equipment.

Finally I was referred to a different telephone number, but they would not talk to me, for I was not a current customer.

Eventually, I was advised to put the antenna in the trash for pickup. First, by the agent and later by a supervisor. Can you believe that? Now I am so glad that I did not choose this company - inconsiderate of callers and irresponsible toward resource conservation. What sort of management would set up such behaviour?

Oh yes, and the supervisor would not direct me upwards on the management chain. She said that I would have to write a letter, which I am now doing.
