A great alternative to iPod, customizable menu, great sound.
Bad Points
Initial software needed improving but is thankfully now a lot better. Radio reception is a waste of time unless in a very strong signal area.
General Comments
Had mine for around 18months now - had to press reset button just twice in all that time - battery life is really quite impressive - Very happy with it but will upgrade to Creative Zen X-Fi shortly.
