    Good Points

    Customer satisfaction is immense. The feeling of helping someone is out of this world. When someone goes out of their way to inform you how grateful they are that you helped.


    Bad Points

    Pay is far too little in my opinion. Hours of work are ghastly. I feel that the airline industry expects so much but gives little to me. I receive no thanks from employer.


    General Comments

    In general the Airline Customer Service Agents are angels in a daft uniform. We work shifts, little or no overtime and in my opinion, for not enough money, no bonus and no thanks from our employer. Customers can be very abusive and I have received no support from the airline itself so far.
    However, there is something that gets us up every morning and that is the customers we help. They can be very grateful and thankful for the help they receive.
