The items I looked at in the shop seemed damaged by the way they poorly put their security tag on the clothes. The staff I dealt with seemed rude to me. They do not offer a refund, voucher or credit note! They will only exchange. I asked one shop assistant for her name as I wanted to make a complaint and she refused to give it to me. I will never buy anything in that shop again! I got my refund in the end though by complaining loudly to the person in charge.
