Good Points

Great looking van, goes well. Loads of extras.
Thumbs up to the van, thumbs down to Ford UK and their customer care protocall!


Bad Points

Arnold Clark Kilmarnock Ford dealer very disappointing service/customer care.
Ford customer care terrible, they deny knowing anything about the tyre wear problems, I know of 89 people who have complained to ford uk cust services, and they just lie and deny any knowledge of the problem!
I have an Audi Q7 which had a similar problem with the front tyres and Audi Ayr said here had been issues with these tyres with other customers and replaced them Free.


General Comments

Where do I start? Panel finish and paint quality on my Ford Transit is awful, every panel is distorted by welds and dents, engine malfunction light is on frequently, tyres on the front have lasted just over 4600 miles (they cost £200ish) it cuts out when you are driving, not great too have no brakes or steering, you do not get a jack or brace or even a spare wheel, you do get a small compressor and some "goo" when you use it the tyre is then scrap you then have to spend £33 on another can of "goo" and buy another tyre (every puncture cost me around £250!). My local dealer can't help.
