Lost is amazing. I bought the first season on dvd in June this year and I have been watching it, taking a break and watching again. Season one is just brilliant. It's more about the characters and how they cope on the island which seems to be mysterious.
Season 2 is about the island. The whole drama seems to turn out to be a sci fi thing which at first I though, oh god, (I'm not a fan of sci fi) but then when i began to watch it, I felt it was the best.
Season 3 is more about love and the enemies which they call 'the others'. It was good but still I would say season one was the best.
There are still some questions unanswered. Still to watch 4 though.

The only bad thing is the flashbacks get a bit boring and the drama lacks acting skills. All the characters, well most of them, use the word 'give or take' quite often which makes you think it might be the director's and the writer's fav word. Apart from that its a straight thumbs ups. Good for those who like long complex stories (it's not very complex but still it counts).

Basically, it's about a group of plane crash survivors living on an island and they have limited food and water. They blend in with the weather and with each other. Every character have a different story and different background. Hell, there are even Koreans in there but its good. It gives the story a boost. Then they find the island very mysterious and things happens and they discover their enemies called 'the others' who had already been living on this island. I'm at the end of season three and still I do not know where and what is the island? Pretty good stuff.
