General Comments
HI,
I have used mobile shop last year. Obviously like you all, I checked the reviews etc and that found them to be the best(worth taking risk).
I have to admit the customer service was much better than what other people experirnce with Carphone , e2save etc.
Being a techie, i sent my cashback claims via email (scanned copies) and they accepted it.
Only issue was that they didn't pay any cash-back, but replaced that with Argos vouchers. I was satisfied with it( something is better than nothing...)
