Good Points

30/09/08 14:00 return journey to WCP satisfactory although passenger door unable to open from outside. Driver Ok.


Bad Points

Minibuses require maintenance and valeting. Drivers need PCV training.


General Comments

Outward journey from WCP to airport. The minibus had a flat battery the driver had to jump start it. We left the yard. We drove (it seemed) fast down the narrow lane. In the airport I don't think he knows what speed ramps are for apart from seeing how close to the roof lining the passengers get. He didn't assist us getting our luggage off he just stood and watched. (Perhaps this is what is meant by Rapid pick up).

    Hi, I have to disagree!!!
    I have been using this lovely company for over the year and I didn't have any bad experiences. They are very nice and honest people. I accidently left my purse on the reception and they kept it safe for me.
