DAEWOO YOU ARE A BIG BIG BIG LET DOWN . Yes I know you have no control over Digital changes however, it is within your control to look after valued customers who in the past have bought your products and even recomended them. Why were we not told. I have revisited my ds608p piece of scrap for the last week dismanteling unites to fix it. How stupid I felt today after I phoned your customer service dept. My wife has stoped speaking to me, she believes I have lost all her ...HER programes. I should be rewarded with a replacement for my old one and heart ache i have gone through. DO THE RIGHT THING.
