Good Points

First time online reservation was easy


Bad Points

Cannot make change, merchant refused to refund charge even though notice was given to hotel early enough; merchant and hotel pointing fingers at each other. After check-out, an additional night was charged to credit card w/o customer consent.


General Comments

Our credit card company has been called in to the rescue. 24 Hours Booking and King Jason Hotel in Athens are running away from reimbursing the one night not used (although enough notice was given) by blaming each other.
Owner of 24 Hours Booking was all fine and everything when spoken to on the phone, but then never came through. And finally, not only did it not reimburse us the one night being disputed, it charged us another night after check-out.
