Perhaps one of the most versatile gardening tools I have ever used. I does exactly as the makers claim
Bad Points
Now used for some ten years and the operating cord has just given up the ghost. I can only think that I have overstressed it. Although the jaw opening has its limitations, it will cut through wood very effectively, unless the wood is very hard. At this point, expect a catastrophic failure
General Comments
If I can get my existing Wilkinson Sword 220656 Telescopic Universal Cutter repaired I will. If not in spite of the rather high price, I will get another. I really could not do without it. It failed to get the maximum ten out of ten purely because of the recent failure.
