Good Points

Lots of space and, looks really cool.


Bad Points

The constant need for repair.


General Comments

Same as lots of other people on this site.. I have had real fun with my RS21. Temp in fridge kept rising which meant it really wasn't worth keeping anything expect milk in it for fear of poisoning my whole family. Complained to Samsung after I found out the f f had been featured on watchdog earlier on in the year. An engineer called armed with the part needed to fix the problem - sure enough less than a week later the unit is making the most awful noise.. a road drill really isn't an exaggeration. Waiting for another visit.. in a weeks time but in the meantime have to make the decision whether to turn it off and the food will all spoil or just put up with the noise.. not impressed at all!!
