Bad Points

Customer service, colours totally wrong, charged me for delivery and then charged me again to have the item back. Did not offer me an exchange.


General Comments

I searched for a rug by colour on the Woven Ground website, found one that looked different, ordered it and when I finally received it I was shocked to find out it was plum rather than red! I emailed wovenground immediately and the reply was that they offered a 7 day returns via their carrier charged at 20 pounds for small rugs, more for larger rugs (!) - no apologies, no other solution, even if the reason for the return was that the rug was not red as it looked on their website! When I asked if I could exchange it for another rug I was told no, they don't do exchanges so overall I found this a costly and time wasting exercise.
would definitely not recommend!
this was my first and last time!
