Good Points

Good oven, stylish,good controls and heats up quickly.


Bad Points

Service could be main problem and efficient repairs are questionable.


General Comments

We have a De Dietrich DOD348 oven and an induction hob and are generally very satisfied, especially with the induction hob which is fabulous. When we bought the oven some years ago we had so many unresolved problems that eventually de Dietrich upgrade us to a brand new DOD348. The fan heater element in the main oven has now failed and I have purchased a replacement with the assurance from my dealer that it could be replaced fairly easily. This is obviously not the case and I now wait with fear and trepidation to see whether anyone can be found who is competent to carry out this task. I shall be delighted to report back if the repair I now need has been carried out in a satisfactory manner.
