- Value for money
Friendly. Non intimidating. High quality equipment and staff. Great schedule of Group Fitness classes. Fun events like kayaking, sky diving, afternoon teas, etc - makes the gym more community oriented, I like that.
Bad Points
Really aren't any - they're a smaller gym so they don't offer all the amenities the big bad gyms do (like indoor basket ball and a pool) but what they do offer they offer at such a high quality that I don't miss the other stuff that I never used anyway.
General Comments
Don't waste time visiting the other gyms in the area, I did, and it was a huge waste of time, Body Dynamics is the only gym worth going to.
