Not a great deal, except for the one or two members of staff with traveling experience.

General Comments
I have had noting but problems from Sta Travel. The members of staff consistently gave me wrong information about my flights, the visa's I needed, the injections I needed and I had to constantly badger them to even send me my itinerary, I even found them reluctant to give me my tickets that I payed well over a grand for. I was so disappointed with the way that Sta Travel that I went to Travel Counsellors who somehow managed to sort out the mess that the poor excuse for travel agents at STA travel had made of my year out. I can guarantee everyone that I will not make the same mistake again and fly with them again, on the other hand the disastrous experience showed me how much better Travel Counsellors are and I owe every thing to them.
