My general review is as stated never get involved again with Beko products


General Comments

After 6 months the Ice-making compartment is broken, the ice-dispenser door stopped working,Long story cut short ,after 19 phone calls and 4 e-mails the freezer is still not working,I've seen 3 different engineers on 3 seperate occasions,Beko have sent me the wrong spare parts on 3 occasions,Now this morning I find the FRIDGE is freezing over,Cans of drink bursting all over the inside of the fridge,salad in salad drawer frozen solid,Lettuce tomatoes etc., all had to be thrown away,The earliest Beko can get an engineer to me is another week of away.So what with all the waiting about for postman (For parts),Engineers and phone calls promised and not forthcoming,I am annoyed and disgusted with the service and will NEVER buy BEKO or STOVES products again,and I will dissaude everyone I know or meet to boycott them if they want good after sales care.
