Good Points

Swift delivery, accurate delivery slot


Bad Points

Poor after sales care - I have complained to Sainsbury's by email about the delivery twice but have not heard anything 5 days later.


General Comments

Was left to unpack the machine myself after the delivery men just left - I'm pregnant and under orders not to do heavy lifting so had to get my husband to come home from work to do it - not what I had paid for and definitely not what I was lead to believe from the delivery information I was sent by Sainsbury's.
