General Comments
I attempted to ship back 5 boxes from Amsterdam to London. Voovit were unable to confirm the order on the site and I had to communicate my order via email. I felt that at times they were unprofessional, disorganized, unclear and some staff even rude. When attempting to get some form of telephone number rather than simply email consistently ignored my direct questions. Predictably, despite them only being able to commit to a pick up time "usually between 9-5", which they then "hoped would be by 6", the pick up driver did not turn up despite their emails that he was "on his way". In all honesty I am quite relieved that they let me down as after all this I was highly doubtful that my property would ever have made it's destination.
I've never written a review like this before but these guys were very poor. Advice: do not use
