Real cheap, good quality printing & postage.
Good sales support (if needed).
You can upload and send out your existing Word files or PDF's
They offer a referral service that lets you earn back credit for everything ordered by someone you introduce.
Bad Points
Have to use the website (i.e. no ViaPrint style print driver)

submit the order & they print and post out your letters.
Just 25p per single sided A4 letter in black and white.
Saved me loads of time not having to print off and put my newsletters in envelopes. They do all the work for me.
