General Comments
I ordered and paid for something which has not yet arrrived. I phoned up countless times, sent emails and letters, nobody has yet responded to me as far as I am aware. People I spoke to on the phone were very unhelpful in my opinion. Eventually I received a refund 6 1/2 months later, but not yet had an apology, just a refund into my account. Not happy with the service, I would never buy from them again.
