Good Points

The colours are nice.


Bad Points

Apart from looking good, this phone is awful. I've had mine replaced 4 times now but the problems are still the same:
It turns itself on and off
Highly irritating delay with the buttons (I push a button and nothing happens for about 5-10 seconds)
Sometimes it won't unlock
It freezes when I try to unlock it
It freezes when I try to lock it
Signal is poor
And the latest - orange pixels and lines across the screen with a strange double image of everything.
I'm getting my 5th one in the post tomorrow, but not expecting anything better. Just waiting it out until I can get an upgrade.


General Comments

I have a contract with Orange and apparently they know that these phones are faulty, yet refuse to replace mine with anything else.

It's been a long year...........

    I agree with this review because... I have had exactly the same problem! But I have just been informed they will change the model of the mobile if you report 4 or more faults which are the same.
    Anyway hope is out there if you continue to report the faults!
    I have just been told I shall be receiving a different model in the next few days!
