Bad Points

We ordered a medium sized car to be offered a much smaller one. The staff I dealt with were the rude. We decided to reject the car offered as we wouldn't have been able to get the luggage in let alone drive it! (my husband is 6"5" tall). We booked it through Car Trawler, when we tried to claim our deposit back they said that Easy Car has said that the requested car was available but we just wanted a bigger car! Which was inaccurate. I wish I had seen these negative comments about Easy Car prior to booking.


General Comments

I would never use Easy Car again from Olbia airport or anywhere else. The smaller local car hire agents were much better and polite!
