They seemed accommodating over the phone and in person.
Bad Points
They were so late in delivering that I lost orders and completely missed the Christmas period for selling. Also, they were completely useless in answering the phone and emails. To crown all the delay and the poor quality of work done on the product - candles were awful, products poorly labelled and the wrong product made - some of the products have gone off!!!
General Comments
Very poor customer service and communication. Poor quality work all round and expensive for what you get. Also, I never received an invoice despite many requests. Catherine at Astral Aromas.
