Good Points

Were good quality.


Bad Points

Poor instructions, took ages to deliver, no reply to e-mails or phone calls. When returning product I had to use the paypal dispute feature to get my money back despite the return being signed for (cost me app £5.00)


General Comments

The company offers a colour match service which I was recommended to take, but declined as I was already sure of the colour I wanted. Despite this I think they assumed I was going to send a sample in as 3 weeks later they had not arrived! I required them earlier, so had to buy some from another source last minute (they ware actually app half the price but seemed similar quality to the layman).
I sent off an email cancelling the order, I received no response but the hair extensions were delivered a few days later (why?).
I mailed the package straight back, at my own expense, and received absolutely no response to any form of communication and as stated above had to go through the dispute procedure with Paypal.
