Good Points

The pics were amazing. I went determined not to buy any although I couldn't resist. It was hard to say no though-he didn't want to to take no for an answer. reception staff very nice and although very pushy I thought the guy who was selling the pics was good and at the end of the day was only doing what he is employed to do!!!


Bad Points

They rushed my hair and makeup. I feel my 2 year old cousin could have done a better manicure. They talked over me. one was having a private chat on her phone whilst eating a bag of crisps-she then decided to offer me a drink when she'd eaten her crisps. 3-4 hours, 1 of them was spent waiting for pics to be processed and about 2 of them being persuaded to buy pics.


General Comments

I wouldn't go back and regretted buying the pics as I would rather have spent that much money on somewhere that pampered you before and were a bit more bothered about the customer. At the end of the day flawless' aim is to get you to buy the pics-which we all did. You seem to get sucked in whilst there and then think about all the bad points after. I called flawless the day after to cancel my order which wasn't allowed. They said they don't do refunds, which I could understand if the album had already been done but all they had to do was rip up my order phone-we didn't sign anything to say you cannot cancel an order. I haven't yet got my pics so cannot comment on the quality of the album.
