worked ok for 3 months then started to get noisy when pumping
eventually stopped pumping.

Problems with pump.
Customer support. The phone is answered at first ring by answer machine and struggle to speak to someone.

After our experience with the Servis M3025S I would never buy a servis or electra product again not because of the product but because of the poor after care service. I phoned several times but did not manage to speak to anyone. when i eventually spoke to a customer service agent he was polite and arranged a call out but unfortunately the engineer didn't turn up after another two days of constantly ringing i was given the engineers own number. i phoned this number and was told there must havbe been a mix up. so guess what, another two days of calls to find out it would be four more days before they could come out. Eventually i had to have my own engineer out to repair the machine. I live within a large extended family of six adults two children and a baby just imagine the amount of washing that had piled up. I will not be insuring my electrical items with servis i will use British Gas insurance they always answer and always repair quickly.
