Avent Niplette Review

Good Points
Easy to use and the cream is a must.

Bad Points
Fell off easily and a little uncomfortable at first. I cut a hole in a piece of cotton batting so the tube wasn't directly on my skin.

General Comments
I read lots of reviews before I tried this product and I did so with high hopes. I'm in my 40's and have always been embarrassed by my inverted nipples and it was extra awful when I started to have mammograms and EKGs. I used the product for two months straight, about 8-15 hours a day. A couple of days after stopping (it got too hot to wear them), my nipples were back to their old ways. I bit the bullet and had the surgery two weeks ago and I'm happier than I've ever been. My surgeon told me I had scar tissue and that my milk ducts never really developed. (I don't have children, so I wouldn't have known). As such, the nipplette never would have worked, no matter how long I tried it.
