Good Points

Clothing is usually of very good quality.


Bad Points

In the last 6 months, getting through on the 0800 number is a longer wait than should be, unless 20 minutes is acceptable to you. Also the worst part is that in the rare instance that you should have to return an item, the refund process now takes up to 6 weeks when it used to take 2.


General Comments

The last order that I placed was for 2 pairs of jeans which were fine and then for a 3 piece suit. The suit was made of a fabric that was shiny and slick. It looked like it was something out of the 70's and that someone in the movie Shaft might wear. It was hideous, not at all like the photograph or the description of the fabric in the catalogue which I ordered from

I have been ordering from them for several years and have spent well over $1,000.00 dollars this year so you can see that I am very disappointed in the demise of the quality.

Use caution when dealing with them now, the quality has gone WAY DOWN!!
