We had them provide a Hog Roast and Lamb for nearly 200 people at our wedding reception party in a large Marquee. The food was amazing and everyone was raving about the meat and especially the crispy crackling! He even postponed his holiday for us so he could provide the hog roast for our special day! Would 100% use again and recommend to others!
