Good Points

Entertainment staff were amazing, our two kids age 2 and 4 had the time of their lives. The kids entertainers are a credit to the hotel, upbeat, professional and really dedicated to making the kids feel welcome. The staff shows were really well done and impressive. The pools were fab especially the Flintstones pool for the kids. No shortage of sunbeds. Exceptionally clean hotel and I found them to be really flexible with the accommodation, we moved room twice due to being too small and then too noisy. Loved the separate Flintstone eating area for families. Great location for beach and shops and lots of play areas nearby for the kids.


Bad Points

Wrist bands would be more appropriate than paper cards to carry about as they got wet or lost nearly every day. Lifts were a major problem, especially with pushchairs and families. All the family rooms were above each other on each floor. It would make more sense to have them all on the same lower floor and free up the lifts, at busy times I had to wait at least 10- 15 minutes to get in the lift with a buggy. Food was ok, it wasn't exceptional and it tended to be quite repetitive, it was ideal for kids and the all inclusive was great through the day for drinks and ice lollies. Bar staff I found to be generally quite grumpy and unhelpful compared to the reception staff and entertainment staff.


General Comments

Overall we really enjoyed our week here. I would definitely go back on the basis that if the kids are happy then mum and dad are happy too. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is really clean and fresh throughout. I wouldn't go all inclusive for more than a week based on the food and would always ask for a bigger room. A really great family holiday
