Bad Points
I felt we were stranded in Bulgaria.
General Comments
I was meant to be going to Tenerife and booked my flights to go there but unfortunatley it seems they booked us a flight to the wrong destination! Its only thanks to BA we got home. My young daughter was distraught we couldnt go on holiday. Im never booking with them again dont reccomend them and they didnt help even when I phoned from Bulgaria they said I would have to wait until I get back to london. I do not recommend this holiday site.
