What can I say? They're local!


General Comments

When I first contact Arnold Clark about hiring a car by phone or by person they always give me a lower price at first contact, then as I make the payment later on (one or two weeks later) I notice that the price has gone up? strange? When I inquire further about this the staff always make it out to be an oversight? Plus there cars are not as clean as they could be! I think AC have got to big for their own good! As a customer of 12 years i now always check out other car hire company's price list etc.
