Bad Points

Have used them on over 6 occasions and was quite content with their service however on my most recent flight it took nearly 20 mins of calls before someone finally answered and a further 45 mins before I was collected from Heathrow, by which time I was hopping mad. Purple Parking say it was my fault and accused me of not calling the minute I had collected my baggage. I am flying again in December and I will go park elsewhere!


General Comments

Customer service is obviously not a priority with Purple Parking and given the level of custom they get, who can blame them. But it only takes a few disgruntled customers before the drain starts.
