Good Points

Great hotel position, near the beach. Breakfast is great value @ 7euro, all you can eat, and snacks, evening meals were good quality. Swimming pools are well kept, and entertainment is good for all the family. Everybody is really friendly and can't do enough to help.


Bad Points

Not bad really, but rooms getting ready for modernisation. It was explained at welcome meeting that the hotel is 3yrs into a 6yr project of modernisation. I would not book with Thomsons - they're were useless.


General Comments

Alcudia is a nice place, the hotel is well positioned and staff are friendly. The holiday was good value for money.
Highly recommend a trip to Pirates show. Well worth the money. Don't recommend Marineland - waste of money.
The Thomson reps gave incorrect information. We were told Marineland included free meals & drinks. You actually get a 6 euro voucher (adult) which buys you a plate of chips!! OH & that's after the bus is nearly an hour late.
