Very few.
Bad Points
Colour developed extremely quickly as soon as I put it on, therefore colour came out darker than expected. Also drying and the colour looks flat.
General Comments
Absolutely hated Loreal Excellence Cream, I dyed my hair 'Natural Dark Brown' which actually made my light brown hair look black. I followed the instructions and have successfully used many other hair colouring products before.
