02 network coverage is brilliant, never had problems getting through to anyone on any network.
Bad Points
The deals 02 offer are expensive both monthly and on pay as you go. The side orders and give aways, example 25 text for a month is not worth the amount I top up every month hence, the price of calls per minute. Worse of all is making calls to other networks. 02 has no good selection of phones for monthly deals either.
General Comments
The only good thing about 02 is the network coverage. The network is too expensive to run and 02 does not offer good deals. The monthly option is worse in terms of how many text and minutes are being offered for so much a month. 02 has not even got enough phone to choose from for upgrade.
